  As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating services to support their journey toward stability and well-being.   • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines
  • Proven experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
