Job Description

About the role: ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Wollongong branch. You will work closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email, and at the front counter
  2. Troubleshooting customer sales queries and answering questions
  3. Upselling and providing quotes to customers
  4. Sales data entry, invoicing, administration, and purchasing

We seek someone who is customer service focused, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You Will Also Have

  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Team player and multitasking skills
