Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Familiarity with VHF/UHF radio systems
  • Practical experience in the maritime or emergency services sector
  • Understanding of the radio and telecommunications regulatory environment in Australia
  • Experience maintaining virtualisation environments (e.g., VMware)

  • Learning opportunities to further your professional development
  • A vibrant social culture enriched by occasional team events, enhancing morale and teamwork
  • Access to a company vehicle and paid travel expenses, facilitating your operational duties
  • Flexible work arrangements and a strong team environment
  • Clear pathways for career progression, including opportunities to advance into managerial roles within the organisation

In addition, you will enjoy coming to work in arguably one of the best office locations in all of Sydney - with waterside views, ample free parking and only a short distance to the Cronulla Train Station.

Join our dedicated team and work in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
