As the right hand to the Marketing Director, you'll be a trusted support in both the strategic and operational running of the team, ensuring alignment, consistency and progress across all projects. You'll also be a vital link between departments and a go-to support person for the broader marketing team.

What you will do:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Marketing Director
  • Be the go-to team support in the Director's absence, ensuring continuity and coordination
  • Coordinate project timelines, boards, and marketing workflows
  • Support campaign execution across trade, digital, product, and design
  • Manage advertising asset workflows, approvals, and classification schedules
  • Oversee AdCheck submissions and maintain the advertising register
  • Liaise with external suppliers, creatives, and printers
  • Champion marketing process improvements and operational excellence
  • Maintain an up-to-date "one source of truth" through Dropbox and internal systems
  • Assist with doctor detailing programs, testimonial approvals, SKUVantage uploads, and reporting

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance or a similar support role
  • Be a proactive, organised multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Ideally have exposure to and AdCheck processes
  • Bring a genuine passion for wellness, collaboration, and process efficiency
