To grow the Autodesk Construction business through a combination of direct sales and channel sales ecosystem, including closing deals via client engagement. Employ a strategic sales approach to highlight Autodesk's unique value and create compelling events. Collaborate with your team to identify customer goals, develop solution proposals, set expectations, and coordinate handoffs to implementation teams. Build strategic client relationships by leveraging all available resources to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives (quota-carrying, outside sales reps) in your territory, including dedicated Account Reps for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments, as well as Territory Reps.
  • Guide your team in managing larger enterprise deals from start to finish.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
  • Identify "white space" opportunities in current accounts with existing ACS products to cross-sell the full product portfolio.
  • Assist your team in managing and qualifying leads and pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely responses.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and Autodesk ACS methodologies to track opportunities.
  • Coordinate efforts with Business Development Reps and Product Specialists, who report to you on a dotted line basis.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience in both transactional and enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to quickly establish rapport and demonstrate value.
  • Strong commitment to a collaborative work environment.
