About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join our vibrant Business Services team. The role focuses on advisory services, working closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across various industries.

This position emphasizes relationship building, problem-solving, and client success. You will have opportunities to develop your technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership capabilities, supporting your long-term career growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a client portfolio and cultivating strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Leading strategic discussions and providing high-quality advisory services.
  • Overseeing a team, offering guidance, mentorship, and reviewing work.
  • Reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations.
  • Advising on tax planning and structuring (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST, etc.).
  • Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines for engagements.
  • Supporting business development and expanding your professional network.
  • Driving process improvements and contributing innovative ideas.

Candidate requirements:

  • CA / CPA qualification with proven public practice experience.
  • Strong technical skills in compliance and advisory.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in clients' businesses.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Emerging leadership skills with mentoring ability.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Xero, and cloud accounting platforms.
