Manager / Senior Manager – Business Services | Advisory Focus

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join a vibrant and growing Business Services team. With a strong advisory focus, you'll work closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across diverse industries.
This is more than compliance – it's about building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve their goals. You'll be supported to grow your technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership capability, setting you up for long-term career success.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own client portfolio and building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Leading strategic discussions and delivering high-quality advisory services
- Overseeing a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of work
- Reviewing and managing complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations
- Advising on tax planning and structuring (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST and more)
- Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines for client engagements
- Supporting business development and building your professional network
- Driving process improvements and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- CA/CPA qualified with proven public practice experience
- Strong technical skills across compliance and advisory
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in clients' businesses
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Developing leadership experience with the ability to mentor juniors
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong digital skills (MS Office, Xero, cloud accounting platforms)
