The Role

We have a fantastic Manager role in our Business Advisory division managing a portfolio of SME's, HNW and UHNW clients while being a hands-on people leader of a talented group of junior team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of our firm.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about taking ownership of their clients and team to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing team members: Ensuring your team members achieve client outcomes while building their own capability and adding value to their clients and the firm.
  • Building Relationships: stablish and nurture trusted partnerships with clients, colleagues, and team members to drive collaboration and long-term success.
  • Becoming a Trusted Business Advisor: Provide proactive, commercially driven business, tax and strategic advice tailored to client needs.
  • Delivering Real-Time Results: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring key deadlines and budget expectations are consistently met.
  • Building New Opportunities: Play an active role supporting business development through identifying opportunities within your client group and preparing proposals.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance team performance and continuously evolve the Business Advisory service offering.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications
  • A deep understanding of accounting and tax, including income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, accounting principles, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, and small business concessions
  • Exceptional business acumen to deliver value-add advice and meet the firm's KPIs
  • A client-centric approach with the proven ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
