Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning & Scheduling: Forecast demand and align practitioner staffing; design and optimize rosters and shifts across brands to ensure balanced coverage.
  • Performance & insights: Track key metrics using tools like Metabase, and turn insights into actions that improve availability, reliability, and patient experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and support the Manila-based operations team, ensuring reliable day-to-day consult delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, enhance queue management, and strengthen practitioner support systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth and other teams to match practitioner supply with patient demand.
  • Workforce Composition: Adjust staffing mix to balance skills, experience, and capacity requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, workforce/supply chain planning, healthcare ops, consulting, or startups.
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading small remote or offshore teams with clarity and empathy.
  • Skilled in queue management, monitoring SLAs, and proactive adjustments.
  • Clear communicator who aligns stakeholders and handles escalations effectively.
  • Systems thinker with a track record of improving processes and driving outcomes.
  • Passionate about startups, healthcare, and using technology to improve services.
