My client is opening up there largest and most high-profile boutique yet, and we're searching for a true leader to take the reins. This brand-new space in Chatswood Chase will set a new benchmark for luxury fashion retail - and we're seeking someone special to open it.

If you're an experienced retail leader with a deep love for premium Australian fashion, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams, this could be the career-defining move you've been waiting for.

You'll start in one of their existing boutiques to be fully trained in our culture, product, and service philosophy - then transition to lead the opening of our Chatswood Chase flagship in October.

About the Role

This isn't just another boutique - it's the biggest in the business. A new layout, new location, and a big investment. We're looking for a high-level boutique manager who can match the ambition and lead a successful opening from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading the opening: From pre-launch preparation to day-one execution and ongoing operations.
  • Building & inspiring a team: Hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing retail team.
  • Creating exceptional client experiences: A genuine interest in styling and service will set the tone for the store.
  • Driving results: Hitting sales targets, managing KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Being the face of the store: You'll represent the brand in its most visible location.

You are:

  • A proven fashion retail manager - boutique or luxury experience preferred
  • An engaging, customer-first leader who understands the nuances of premium service
  • Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and driven by results
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves in the training phase - and hit the ground running when the doors open
  • Passionate about Australian fashion and excited by a flagship opportunity
