Our Direct Home Loans team are essential in supporting our clients on their journey to purchasing or refinancing a residential or investment property. Our team are phone based and operate in a fast paced, supportive, client centric environment that will offer you the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself.

As a Home Loan Lending Specialist, you will be assisting our clients through residential home loan applications, managing their home loan journey from start to finish, and being their point of contact throughout. You will provide an exceptional experience as you help your clients navigate through a seemingly complex process, while understanding their needs and individual circumstances.

• Experience in a sales environment and strong home loans knowledge
• Performance driven and motivated to exceed both individual and team key performance metrics
• Ability to build relationships to generate sales leads and build a strong repeat business customer base
• Ability to work within clearly defined business processes with good planning and organisational skills
• Growth mindset, with a desire to learn continuously, improve and adapt
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
