We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to effectively manage the purchasing processes for our client and to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers whilst achieving the targeted goals and objectives of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Purchasing of products and items to support a production company
  • Monitor inventory levels and supply needs
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with customers and meeting needs to accordance to company's standards
  • Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements
  • Responding to customer queries and requests as required
  • Weekly reconciliation and processing of invoice activities in accordance with required time frames
  • Provision of customer reports as per contractual requirements
  • Review, confirmation, and authentication of supplier invoices
Position Competencies & Capabilities
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must have previous experience with SAP an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Word skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Work unsupervised
  • Deliver cost savings in accordance with company
Position Details
  • Hourly rate: $40.56 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Commencing ASAP
  • Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm
  • Industry: Raw material production
