FireSense is a specialist supplier of Electronic Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Rated Cables to Installers and Wholesalers. We are a dynamic, fast growing 100% Australian owned business.

Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Officer to work from our Head Office in Norwest, located within 500m of Norwest Metro Station.

This role will require the successful applicant to be capable of forecasting & following up product requirements and building relationships with our suppliers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing
- An eye for detail in stock forecasting and replenishment.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong sourcing skills
- Accurate data entry and QA for goods inwards receipts
- Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
- Sound computer skills (MS Office).
- Team player willing to be cross trained in other purchasing team tasks Warranty, RMA, Stocktakes and other purchasing responsibilities as requested.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain permanent full time employment with stability servicing commercial and infrastructure projects in a highly skilled and well respected company.
