Join Eco Brand Marketing as a Graduate Social Media Assistant, focusing on digital storytelling and video content creation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube).
  • Write engaging captions and adapt brand tone of voice across different client accounts.
  • Design static content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Capture, edit, and optimize video content (e.g., Reels, testimonials, brand videos).
  • Help source imagery, trending audio, and reel concepts
  • Participate in brainstorms and support wider campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to community engagement (monitoring comments, messages, and mentions; conducting competitor research).
  • Assist in compiling monthly content performance reports.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of key social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
  • Strong videography and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar required).
  • Experience creating Reels or TikToks (even for personal or uni projects).
  • Graphic design skills using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to explore tools like AI to enhance content.
