About the Role:

This role is all about showcasing what makes us unique—our people, our culture, our food, and our community. You'll play a key part in growing our brand, increasing engagement, and driving sales across all platforms while staying true to the Ricks Garage aesthetic and vibe.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create Unique Content: Bring your creative flair to develop daily posts and stories for both Ricks Garage and Ricks Bakehouse across all social media channels.
  • Tell Our Story: Highlight our incredible team, unique culture, and customer experiences through engaging content.
  • Boost Engagement: Organise and manage competitions to increase awareness, following, and excitement around our brand.
  • Stay Connected: Design and send fortnightly newsletters and event-specific emails to the Ricks Garage database, ensuring we're always front of mind.
  • Promote Events: Review weekly bookings to document and promote car and bike clubs, ensuring we celebrate what makes us the place to be
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with Department Managers to highlight key processes, special events, production, and most importantly—our people.
  • Affiliate Partnerships: Engage with affiliate brands for potential collaborations that align with our values and style.
  • Support Growth: Work directly with Management to promote and elevate areas of growth across both businesses.
  • Website Maintenance: Keep our website up-to-date with events, promotions, and relevant materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
  • A creative and passionate content creator with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A team player who thrives in collaboration but can also work independently.
  • Someone who understands how to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and special events to gather high-quality, real-time content.
