Based in our vibrant Geelong, you'll work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team, supporting your Metricon customers through their pre build process. You will work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, and Permits to get them to site.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware of the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Continuously provide updates to your customers
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details
  • Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required
  • Ensure customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes to confidently interact with clients
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Construction industry experience is essential
  • Experience working within a project management or customer focused role
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of customers at different stages through the pre-construction journey
  • Proven ability to be a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines to meet performance standards
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customers
  • Fostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent service
  • Ability to identify needs and generate solutions for both customer and team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate
