About the Role

As our HR Systems Administrator you will take ownership of our Oracle Fusion and Smart Recruiters platforms, ensuring they run seamlessly and support our People & Culture operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage data integrity, system configurations, integrations, updates, and provide user support to our HR and business teams.

This is a brand-new role created to support the final stages of our Oracle and SmartRecruiters implementations. You'll play a key role in the lead-up to go-live and be instrumental in embedding new ways of working — including position management, job architecture, and skills and remuneration frameworks. It's a rare opportunity to shape how our systems support the full employee lifecycle from day one.

You'll play a critical part in enhancing system capability, driving adoption, and ensuring our people processes are efficient and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and maintain Oracle HCM and SmartRecruiters systems.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across all people systems.
• Configure system updates and support quarterly releases.
• Provide day-to-day user support, training, and create documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Partner with HR and Technology teams to deliver solutions that work.
• Maintain security and compliance standards for all data.

About You:

• 3+ years' experience in HRIS or People Systems Administration (Oracle experience highly regarded)
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in data analysis and system reporting
• Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about process improvement
