    Job Description
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Assist with processing sales orders and preparing relevant documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
    • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
    • Prepare sales reports and assist in analysing sales data.
    • Support the team with general office duties as required.
    • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Junior Sales Administrator Should Have
    • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (advantageous but not essential).
    • A basic understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
