Overview

Join to apply for the Project Coordinator role at Burbank Group. This position is based in Adelaide and is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, on a 6-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflows between Operations and Site Management teams
  • Resolve documentation issues affecting site efficiency
  • Maintain and update project documentation and QA records
  • Coordinate inspections, fencing notices, and compliance documentation
  • Organise council approvals and manage related communications
  • Track construction progress and support claim management
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Comply with all HSE directives and contribute to a safe work environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Click Home is a plus
  • Effective problem-solving and initiative
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
  • Understanding of the residential building and construction process
