Position: Motor Mechanic

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

About the Role: Under the direction of the Workshop Supervisor, perform quality work and ensure that all tasks are completed with accuracy at all times. The overall responsibility is for the efficient performance of the daily functions required to ensure the correct and effective repair, test and maintenance of petrol engines and the mechanical parts of lightweight motor vehicles such as transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes.

This is a Full Time opportunity

Responsibilities
  • General and scheduled service work
  • Diagnose and repair general mechanical/electronic faults or vehicle systems and components
  • Report to service manager for jobs daily
  • Repair retail customers vehicles
  • Computer diagnostic work required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
