In this challenging role, you will be the first point of contact for people in need. As a trusted representative of our organization, you will provide professional and supportive roadside assistance to members and customers.
- Conduct diagnostics on vehicles at the roadside and repair/install batteries as required.
- Offer expert mechanical advice to customers.
- Deliver high-quality services efficiently and professionally.
- Work in accordance with established policies and processes, ensuring accurate financial and administrative records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and working order of company vehicles, tools, equipment, uniforms, and facilities, reporting any faults or damage.
To excel in this position, you will need to be a highly trustworthy and reliable individual with a can-do attitude. A qualification in motor vehicle maintenance and an unrestricted driver's license are also essential. Excellent customer service skills and a focus on helping people are key requirements.
