About the Role

We currently have an opportunity available for the role of Afterhours Factory Manager at our Huntingwood facility. This is a pivotal role and part of the site's leadership team. The Afterhours Factory Manager is responsible for providing high-quality service for our clients and stakeholders, through supporting a committed and motivated team, working in a safe, harmonious and productive environment.

The Afterhours Factory Manager will support performance of the operation through KPI adherence, quality management, and ensuring the safe operations across the business. To be considered for this role you will need to present the below skills and attributes;

  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
  • Safety is our priority, so experience in leading and adhering to safe work practices.
  • Proven extensive industry experience, especially with Heatset Web Offset Printing Presses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present a high level of technical knowledge, providing support that compliments the capabilities of the Huntingwood facility.
  • Quality driven, with a focus on all aspects of production.
  • Exceptional time management, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Drive operational KPI's to continuously seek improvement and exceed targets.
  • Lead the team promoting a positive culture to support high performance environment, with a hands-on approach.
