Factory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to join our team. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the factory team
  • Supervise and support staff in completing work assignments
  • Assign tasks to team members and coordinate work efforts
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Oversee factory processes and procedures
  • Provide technical support as needed
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ensure the factory is clean and organized

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the stone industry
  • Proven experience as a factory manager or supervisor
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Excellent team building, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Knowledge of OHS, manufacturing, quality, productivity, inventory, and factory processes
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
