Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the factory leadership, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead cost improvement initiatives across the factory, identifying opportunities for reduction and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key factory cost drivers, using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on actual costs, ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate business planning, including the development of standard cost budgets and dynamic forecasts.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing costing, preferably within a factory or supply chain environment.
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
