We're looking for a dedicated Services Assistant to join our team and help deliver timely, efficient, and effective catering and cleaning services that contribute to the comfort and care of patients. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

About the Role:

As a Services Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation, service, and delivery of food to patients, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the health unit. You will also support the team by undertaking general housekeeping duties, including laundry responsibilities, to ensure the facility is running smoothly and providing a comfortable space for both patients and staff.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by contributing to a positive, well-maintained healthcare environment, where your efforts are valued and make a difference in the daily lives of those who need it most.

What We're Looking For:

  • Limited experience in housekeeping, cooking/catering, and laundry.

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination policy in the workplace.
