**What You Will Do**

In this field-based role, you will play a key part in strengthening our presence within your assigned territories. Your main responsibilities will include:

- ** Building and maintaining strong relationships** with key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers.
- ** Providing expert advice and training** to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- ** Utilising customer insights and data** to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions.
- ** Presenting and promoting products** through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events.
- ** Handling customer inquiries professionally,** including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations.
- ** Collaborating with internal teams** across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success.
- ** Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge** to remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.

**What You Must Have**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- A **tertiary degree in business or science** (preferred)
- ** Proven experience in a customer-facing role**, ideally within sales or account management
- The ability to **build and nurture strong relationships** with customers
- ** Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner
- A **proactive and self-motivated approach**, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong **negotiation and influencing skills** to drive customer engagement
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital tools such as an iPad
- High level of **resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills**:

- Strong **organisational and time management abilities**, ensuring timely responses to customer needs
