Project Manager

Up to $150k plus super

Location: QLD, NSW, WA — remote work supported with some travel to project site

The Opportunity

As a Project Performance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a project's lifecycle. From shaping its initial design to managing ongoing reporting and engaging with key stakeholders, you'll ensure long-term success and compliance of a diverse portfolio of projects.

This isn't just a strategic role. It's hands-on, requiring you to navigate complex challenges working with landholders, auditors and regulators to achieve success.

Key Skills/Experience

We're open to folks who are earlier in their career, or seasoned veterans.

What's important is that you can show previous experience in a project management role, and a background in agriculture, carbon sequestration or environmental science. You'll also need experience in:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex projects, ideally in agriculture, environment, or natural capital.
  • Stakeholder engagements, ideally with landholders, auditors, and/or regulators.
  • Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
