Product Manager - Seller Experiences

A 12-month opportunity within Woolworths Group: Woolworths MarketPlus (WMP).

Location: Melbourne CBD, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Join Woolworths MarketPlus (WMP), an innovative platform launched in October 2023, transforming online offerings by empowering third-party sellers to list and manage products across key marketplace businesses including Big W, Woolworths Online (Everyday Market), and Everyday Rewards Shop.

Our aim is to expand our product range to provide customers with an extensive, one-stop online shopping experience for exclusive products.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager - Seller Experiences, you will:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for platform features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and strategic impact.
  • Participate in all product lifecycle phases, including discovery, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch review.
  • Research, analyze data, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and optimize features.
What you'll bring

You are proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will also have:

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software, retail, or B2B platforms, especially in the marketplace domain.
  • Experience with Jira and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
