About the Role:

This pivotal role will see you providing technical support and oversight to site management, ensuring the effective implementation of the Safety and Wellbeing strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Safety & Wellbeing Manager and operational teams to identify, address, and mitigate risks across various sites.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of Safety & Wellbeing plans, supporting regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of safety awareness. You will also play a key role in developing and coaching management and team members in Safety & Wellbeing best practices.

About You:

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for Health, Safety & Wellbeing. This is a role that is open to candidates entering the Health & Safety market

  • A qualification in Workplace Health & Safety or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
  • A solid understanding of Victorian legislation and Australian Standards.
  • Experience with SHE Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to achieving common goals.
