We're looking for a Sales Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and exceeding targets across the APAC region.

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales process: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with mid-sized businesses through remote and face-to-face engagements.
  • Drive growth: Deliver $35,000+ in monthly revenue, close 8+ deals per quarter, and achieve 125%+ Net Dollar Retention across accounts.
  • Deliver consultative sales: Understand customer needs and create tailored solutions using Epos Now products, including integrated payments and capital.
  • Lead QBRs: Conduct insightful, data-led quarterly reviews to drive upsells and ensure customer satisfaction (NPS +40).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to solve customer challenges, provide feedback, and shape future products.
