About The Role
Are you passionate about turning data into impactful experiences? We have a permanent position available for a Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist, playing a key role in shaping our web and app platforms.
In this position, you will work closely with teams across the organisation to provide actionable insights from digital customer data, supporting product optimisation and strategic decision-making.
You will analyse customer behaviour across digital and offline channels, identifying pain points, trends, and opportunities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex data into compelling stories that inform and influence product strategy—driving measurable value and innovation across our digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2+ years' hands-on experience in digital analytics or customer insights roles, ideally within a digital-first environment.
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics for analysing customer behaviour and journeys.
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends, pain points, and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that influence product, marketing or customer experience decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital product, UX, and marketing.
