Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

This role requires strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, content design, and strategy, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

About the Opportunity

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering user-focused digital experiences that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, business analysts, content strategists, and data analysts to manage and produce digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on Sitecore, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
  • Translate business and user needs into structured digital production workflows, managing sprints, QA, approvals, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to shape experiences that are intuitive, effective, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Partner with content strategists and creators to oversee the planning, production, and migration of content within Sitecore.
  • Champion a user-first mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
  • Apply agile and/or hybrid project methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer or Senior Producer, with hands-on delivery using Sitecore CMS (essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of content management, page templates, component structures, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS (essential).
  • Background or understanding in content strategy or content design, with ability to shape and support scalable, on-brand digital content.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Confident in navigating and coordinating across agency partners and delivery teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
