Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to create engaging digital experiences that drive business outcomes.

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, user-focused digital content, leveraging expertise in Sitecore CMS and strategic understanding of content design.

  • Develop digital production workflows that manage sprints, QA, approvals, and go-live for on-time and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to shape intuitive, effective, and aligned brand experiences.
  • Partner with content strategists and creators to plan, produce, and migrate content within Sitecore.
  • Champion a user-first mindset with deep understanding of customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
  • Apply agile methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, fostering seamless collaboration across agencies to ensure alignment and delivery consistency.
  • Maintain strong understanding of automotive industry digital trends to inform project decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members, facilitating their learning and growth.
  • Manage client expectations, building transparent and trusted relationships for candid discussions of timelines, scope, and quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer or Senior Producer, with hands-on delivery using Sitecore CMS (essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of content management, page templates, component structures, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS (essential).
  • Background or understanding in content strategy or content design, with ability to shape scalable, on-brand digital content.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Comfortable navigating complex digital builds involving multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
  • Ideal experience working in or for automotive brands, with knowledge of the customer decision journey in this sector.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and calm approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to support content and UX decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Proficient in collaboration tools such as Miro, JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA.
