A respected Federal Government department is seeking skilled ICT professionals to join its ICT Asset & Logistics team. Multiple roles are available across ICT Hardware & Logistics Specialists, Imaging Engineers, and Warehouse Management, supporting hardware lifecycle management, imaging, logistics, and compliance operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Managing ICT hardware lifecycle including imaging, deployment, returns, and disposal.
  2. Supervising and coordinating support staff (Warehouse Manager only).
  3. Raising and processing shipping consignments (COPE, StarTrack) and coordinating urgent dispatches.
  4. Maintaining accurate stock control, inventory records, and reporting in ServiceNow.
  5. Configuring, testing, and deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals for new and existing staff.
  6. Supporting warranty claims, vendor repairs, and compliant e-waste disposal.
  7. Liaising with internal stakeholders (Service Desk, Procurement, VIP teams, Projects, Security).
  8. Recommending improvements to hardware and logistics processes, tools, and workflows.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

  1. Demonstrated experience in ICT hardware asset management, logistics, and stock control.
  2. Hands-on experience imaging and configuring devices (Windows 10 / 11, Autopilot, Intune).
  3. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow for asset tracking, workflows, and reporting.
  4. Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor management (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
  5. Understanding of ICT asset lifecycle management, including compliance and record-keeping.
  6. Leadership or team coordination skills (for Warehouse Manager applicants).
