**About the Opportunity**

Fantastic opportunity for a **Customer Support Manager /** **Dispatch Manager** - based in Nerang who will be responsible for the effective management of the Warehouse function for outbound goods. You will ensure workplace health and safety requirements, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) are maintained.

Guided by the Branch Manager, you will lead our Driver & Picker team members to ensure that delivery to the customer is timely, with any delays communicated, cost effective and within the parameters of agreements.

**In this Role**
- Oversee the handling, dispatch and distribution for all outbound orders from the warehouse/s within the agreed service levels
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement, establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices to optimize efficiency of the warehouse, customer service and personnel
- Implement changes as identified and authorized by the management team to drive continuous improvement
- Supervise staff providing feedback and managing performance
- Ensure effective balance of labour use across the site, where labour requirements fluctuate in conjunction with the Branch Manager
- Ensure all OHS, company policies and legislation is adhered to at all times
- Manage the escalation of any non-compliance issues with the transport, Dispatch Team and engage the Branch Manager as required
