Your Role

As Sales Support, you will be a vital link between our sales, customer service, merchandising team and valued customers. Your mission? To ensure our collections shine - both in store and in our clients' projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales, customer service & procurement teams to support customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders efficiently
  • Work with our Merchandising team to create beautiful, impactful displays that showcase the beauty and versatility of our product ranges and launching new collections, including sample co-ordination and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates and processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products to provide accurate information and inspire confidence in our clients.
  • Liase with clients to answer queries, provide updates and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, reporting and other administrative duties to support the overall business operations.

About You
  • Enthusiastic about design, interiors, and the world of artisan surfaces.
  • Organised, detail-orientated and able to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity in display or presentation work.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, retail merchandising or design-related role is an advantage.
