Job Description:

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in trade, manufacturing, or building supply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize resources, and make strategic decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, with a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
