Graduate Program – Features
  • Professional Development: Immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. Training opportunities align with your interests and strengthen your practice.
  • Team Support: Weekly 1:1 supervision, a buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.

About the AAA Team

We focus on the ability of every person and take action to help people get more out of life today. As a nationally registered NDIS provider, we offer therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports. We work with people to understand needs and barriers, then develop action plans to build capacity and maximise independence.

Our team provides services in the community or in accessible clinics. We value choice in when and how services are received. We are a values-driven, inclusive organisation that supports growth and wellbeing, with exciting career opportunities.
