This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, responding to high volumes of queries, and ensuring service levels are met, all within a small but supportive and collaborative team environment.
Client Details
Reporting directly to the Payroll Lead, this position will fall under the People & Culture division of a large Victorian Government regulator.
Description
- Process fortnightly payroll
- Manage the payroll inbox
- Handle work flow processing (120-140 per cycle)
- Liaise with managers for approvals
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer will have :
Previous experience in payroll processing within the VPS or a large organisationProven experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a mustHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesJob Offer
