Nexia Sydney is looking for a Corporate Advisory Supervisor or Manager.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior Corporate Finance professional to grow their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will supervise the team, ensuring support and development for team members, and provide advice to Directors on a range of corporate advisory transactions, including:

  • Business and equity valuations
  • Independent expert reports
  • Purchase price allocations
  • M&As
  • IPOs
  • Financial due diligence
  • Accountant report investigations
  • Equity capital raisings
  • Private equity
  • Bank pre-lending
  • Financial modelling

About you
  • 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered firm, with at least 4 years in corporate advisory (due diligence, valuation, IERs, financial modelling, buy/sell side advisory)
  • Post-graduate qualification, e.g., CA program
  • Strong understanding of legislation, valuations, and accounting standards
  • Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBISWorld, SAI Global
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Negotiation skills
