The opportunity :

Member Support Consultants (MSCs) are vital in building and maintaining our membership base. They are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey. Their role combines proactive sales activities with delivering exceptional customer service to retain members and promote their fitness goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to sales targets through promotions and referrals
  • Generate and convert leads via community outreach and referrals
  • Contact potential members to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours
  • Create positive member experiences
  • Follow up with members to support retention and upselling
  • Manage club opening and closing as per roster

About you :

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Strong rapport-building and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and resilience
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Target-driven and team-oriented
