We are currently seeking a Senior Member Consultant at our Duntroon branch. The Member Consultant will contribute to the purpose and ongoing success of Defence Bank by providing outstanding customer service to meet the member needs while achieving agreed performance outcomes and meeting compliance obligations.

**Description**:
**This position is accountable for**:

- Delivering outstanding member service to achieve agreed performance goals which includes:

- Working proactively promoting Defence Bank within Defence, Defence industry partners and within the broader community to grow our member base and product portfolios.
- Completing branch tasks to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and Defence Bank's policies and processes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- At least two years' experience in a retail sales team ideally within financial services.
- Tier 2 Financial Services is highly desirable.
- High school certificate or equivalent.

**Demonstrated experience or skills in**:

- Achieving agreed goals in line with individual team plans.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Picking up new concepts quickly.
- Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
