This role will work with a cross-functional squad designing our product experience, building prototypes and bringing our ambitious strategy to life and influence process capture and documentation across fourteen different product-focused squads.
This role is pivotal in driving consistency, clarity, and capability in process design and documentation, with a strong focus on ARIS tooling and business analyst enablement.
- Process Architecture & Mapping

- Use ARIS to design, maintain, and publish process maps that align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure traceability between process levels (e.g., Level 3 discovery, Level 4 inception, SOPs in execution).
- Establish and maintain process governance forums to review, approve, and manage changes.

- Develop and deliver training programs for Business Analysts and Product Managers to uplift their process mapping skills.
- Create reusable templates, guidance packs, and best practices to ensure consistency across squads and domains.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Writers, and Change Managers to embed process thinking into delivery and Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide expert input into business design and re-engineering initiatives, especially where off-the-shelf solutions require deviation.
WE'RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in process design and governance within large-scale Agile transformation programs.
- Advanced proficiency in ARIS or similar process modelling tools
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, especially in upskilling cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational risk contexts (e.g., KYC, AML, ECDD) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable coaching and mentoring skills
