Are you a strategic deal-maker with a passion for uncovering new opportunities and building lasting client relationships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint by securing new logo customers and expanding our market presence.
Are you a strategic deal-maker with a passion for uncovering new opportunities and building lasting client relationships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint by securing new logo customers and expanding our market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with TGE's strategic goals.
- Sell multichannel solutions that deliver real value to customers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with Commercial Solutions and Enablement teams to tailor customer solutions.
- Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations to win new business.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that maximise value for both TGE and the customer.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain CRM data (Salesforce).
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless handover to Account Management.
- 3-5 years' experience in face-to-face sales or business development.
- Proven ability to sell complex, multichannel solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving results
