As a Key Account Manager - Foodservice, you will work closely with chefs, hospitality operators, and wholesale distributors to strengthen our presence in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses.
This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone with a cheffing background looking to step into a commercial role. Spending 95% of your time in the field, you will manage key accounts, ensure product distribution, and build strong relationships with chefs and foodservice clients.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with chefs, distributors, and key foodservice customers.
- Develop sales opportunities, leveraging your food industry knowledge.
- Drive product awareness and category growth in commercial kitchens.
- Manage and execute sales initiatives, ensuring strong customer engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver on customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

You are a foodservice professional with:
- Experience as a chef, in hospitality, or in foodservice sales.
- A passion for food and strong knowledge of commercial kitchens.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a field sales role.
- FMCG or wholesale distribution experience (highly regarded).
