Overview

This role is a 12-month FTC for a Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer.

This role is located in Wollongong and will be 5 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 Support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VPN, Supporting Windows & Linux PCs, including setting up users and log-ins.
  • Support SAP Business One users.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience in Service Desk / Desktop Support
  • Windows Server and Desktop Support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux PCs (ideal)
  • Microsoft 365 Administration experience including MS Teams, Defender, Intune
  • Windows MDM Device Management experience
  • Ability to perform DNS lookups
  • Experience providing IT support in blue-collar environments (ideal)
  • Experience supporting SAP Business One (desirable, not essential)
  • Relevant tertiary education and certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork/collaboration skills
  • Outgoing personality with ability to provide IT support to blue-collar workers
