• Food Safety Focused: Strong understanding of food hygiene practices and HACCP standards and allergy awareness with a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
• Input and Initiative: Help the catering department grow with input in both menus and operations.
• Friendly and Approachable: Builds rapport easily with both colleagues and residents through warm, respectful interactions.
• Organised and Reliable: Keeps the kitchen running smoothly by staying calm under pressure, following standard recipes, and maintaining attention to detail.

• Culinary Expertise: You're confident in bulk cooking following standard recipes, with strong foundational techniques and a passion for producing high-quality meals.
• Keeps it Clean & Organised: Maintains a spotless, efficient kitchen that runs smoothly and meets compliance standards.
• Champions Safety: Knowledgeable in HACCP standards, food safety and resident allergies with a keen awareness of allergies and dietary needs.
• Setting the Standard: The ability to maintain the standard set out by the Catering Supervisor.
