Frankston & Mornington Peninsula's Leading Health and Fitness Clubsare looking for aReception / Office Assistantto join our team at our Head Office in Frankston.

This is an ideal role for a candidate living in or around the City of Frankston or the Mornington Peninsula.

You will be working a full-time position. Traineeship in Business Administration available.

Skills Required:

  • Assistance to Administration / Accounts Manager

  • Reception and Customer Service Duties

  • General Office duties

  • Monitoring of staff rosters and annual leave

  • Reporting of Membership sales through CRM system

  • Stock control and monitoring

  • Liaison with membership CRM provider

  • Office filing

It is essential you have the following:

  • Strong organisation skills with attention to detail

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong computer skills

  • Highly motivatedteam player

  • Cover holidays within the admin team
