Senior Legal Secretary to support two Partners at a Global Firm in their IP practice - Stunning CBD offices and an amazing culture

The Firm:

EG Consulting is delighted to work with this global powerhouse firm that is a leader in its practices with a reputation built over hundreds of years. The Role:

This role will see you support two busy IP Partners who travel frequently, so you will need to work independently and be a member of a hard-working, fast-paced team. Duties include:

  • Travel booking
  • Preparing billing and financial reports
  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Expense processing
  • Matter management

Salary / Benefits:

Base pay range: A$95,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

They are paying above market pay rates for this role, as well as other non-salaried benefits. Relocation is a possibility in this firm with offices worldwide.

About You:

As this role lies in one of the world's top law firms, a legal background is essential. You will need experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary supporting a partner or multiple partners. High attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills. A proven track record of working to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
