Whether it's handling inquiries or managing policy updates, you'll be the face of our customer-centric approach. About The Role

  • Onsite and full time, with no insurance experience required as full paid training provided
  • Answer general inquiries, amending existing policies, and setting up new ones
  • Provide outstanding service to our new and existing clients
  • Promote the perks of our products and services to current and new customers
  • Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
  • Work towards sales and performance targets
